ORDER INFORMATION
• Wholesale is available for brick and mortar stores only.
• Wholesale orders have a 60 card minimum.
• To place an order, review the catalog (below), print and complete the Order Form, then email me a photo or scan. I will then calculate your total and shipping costs.
• Domestic/international shipping: USPS with tracking.
• Payment can be made by check (domestic only) or via PayPal (transaction fees will apply). All prices are in US Dollars.
• International customers are responsible for any custom/VAT fees that may be incurred.
